What have I learned?
- don't forget what you were called and destined to do
-as much as you can be there when you're called on, it'll be worth it
- the sky isn't falling, put things into perspective
- when you don't know what to say, just listen, and be.
- taking care of others can leave you with little for yourself...take care of #1 too
